The design process began by sketching the basic shape and dimensions of the toy blocks in SolidWorks. Using the sketching tools, we created 2D profiles representing the various faces and features of the blocks. These sketches were then extruded to form the solid bodies of the blocks.

SolidWorks allowed for the addition of intricate details to the block design, such as studs, grooves, or embossed patterns. These features were incorporated into the 3D model using techniques like extrusions, cuts, or surface modeling, ensuring compatibility with the intended assembly and playability of the blocks.

Once the 3D models of the toy blocks were complete, SolidWorks facilitated their preparation for 3D printing. The software provided tools for checking and adjusting wall thickness, ensuring structural integrity and printability.
